Proposed alterations and additions to erf 1607 Amanzimtoti, 5 Commercial Road

As discussed in the attached affidavit, the applicant had erroneously cleared the unsafe internal walls, roofing and structures, as these had been become unsafe and had been vandalized by vagrants.
It is however worth highlighting that the said alterations had no impact of the Facade, with the street scape keeping to the status quo.
