The Proposed 2 Seam Section 102 Clydesdale Extension Project Located within the Mpumalanga Province of South Africa.

2 Seam Proprietary Limited (2 Seam) has submitted amendment applications for the 2 Seam Mine (MP) 30/5/1/2/3/2/1/ (405) MR). 2 Seam intends to expand the current mining right area to include a portion of the Clydesdale property which falls under the existing mining permit MP 30/5/1/3/2/11/731 and prospecting right (MP 30/5/1/1/2/17334 (13604) PR). This application will include expanding the opencast (OC) mine on the 2 Seam Mine into this area (OC4B), and to continue mining operations at an existing opencast mine on this property.

The proposed 2 Seam Section 102 Clydesdale Extension Project is located on the Remaining Extent of Clydesdale 483 IS, approximately 13.9 km northeast of Kriel, Mpumalanga, South Africa. The project area may be accessed from the R544 provincial road, through controlled gate access onto the mine using coordinates 26° 9'1.92"S; 29°20'20.08"E. 2 Seam intends to expand the current mining right area to include the adjacent property (the Remaining Extent of Clydesdale 483 IS).This application will include expanding the opencast (OC) mine on the 2 Seam Mine into this area (OC4B), and to continue mining operations at an existing open cast mine on this property. The expanded area to be included in the 2 Seam Mining Right will be approximately 22 hectares. As most infrastructure and plant are already in place, construction will be limited to preparing and excavating the opencast mine, establishing stormwater channels and berms, and expanding an existing haulage road and pipeline from 2 Seam through to the expanded opencast mine within the Application Area.
