Further Requirements:

• The responses from public participation and also from Isimangaliso must be submitted. 
• The HIA identifies the presence of graves along the proposed development route but does not indicate the distance from the development footprint. The applicant must provide accurate measurements to assess proximity and potential impact.
• The HIA must also clearly state the intended mitigation measures for these graves, including whether they will be avoided, protected in situ, or relocated (with proper permitting and consultation).
• Defined buffer zones must be established and indicated for the graves, mosque and the Mission station identified in the area. 
• The HIA includes shadowed areas or structures, but it is unclear whether these represent existing structures or planned infrastructure. The applicant must provide clarity on the nature and purpose of these structures.
