Upgrade of VC RBTS

Vodacom is proposing to upgrade the existing antennae (See previous BP Approval) with 2.1m hexaband antennae with 5G on top. Please see the drawing pack for more info (Bo-Kaap Mosque/BS94517/Rev1). An consent use approval was obtained in terms of 162(1) of the MPBL,2015 as the proposal was within the Heritage Protection Overlay Zone. The antennae are inside the mosque and does not affect the Heritage status of the building. A section 27 application is submitted in order to obtain a permit due to the Mosque Building being declared as a National Heritage Site (NHS).
