Archaeological Rescue operation at Bela Bela Iron Age site

The application is the result of a lengthy process of damage to an Iron Age site at Bela Bela x 25 (Koppewaai). The interventions of SAHRA resulted in the appointment of Archaetnos to mitigate the site.
The project is located on the outskirts of the town of Bela Bela (Warmbad) and is named Bela Bela X 25. This is on the farm Roodepoort 467 KR, within the Bela Bela Local Municipality, Waterberg District Municipality in the Limpopo Province.
