A 22 cm long Anancus capensis molar from the Langebaanweg fossil locality in the Western Cape.Well preserved grinding surfaces present. The dentine and enamel can be seen in fractures on the cusps.

A 14 cm long molar from an Anancus capensis from the Langebaanweg fossil locality in the Western Cape. It is well-preserved with enamel present. The tooth is fractured on the right-hand side, exposing the enamel along the side of the tooth.
