V&A Waterfront HIA

The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is applying for additional bulk rights (440,000m2 of floor space) by rezoning its property from TR1 (Transport 1) (Development Zone) to Mixed Use 3. The proposed bulk is allocated to specific precincts and land parcels within the V&AW landholding, guided by and linked to an updated Conceptual Spatial Framework, Urban Design Guidelines, and parameters defined by the history of approvals within the V&AW, specifically approvals in terms of the NHRA.
