Refurbishment of the Royal Sheba Adit at Sheba Mine on Farm Sheba 949 JU

Barberton Mines proposes refurbishment of the existing Royal Sheba Adit in order to allow access to underground mining operations. The project also includes construction of associated infrastructure which includes, an ore storage bin, substation, temporary mechanical workshop, temporary mining offices, temporary material store, temporary material laydown area, temporary diesel storage, and a temporary parking area as well as use of the existing access roads, clean water storage dam and upgrade of the existing vents. The proposed activities will be undertaken on the Farm Sheba 949 JU, located within the Mbombela Local Municipality, of the Ehlanzeni District Municipality, Mpumalanga Province.
