Letter re additional studies

With reference to the interim comment issued, not received via email, the EAP submits that the original heritage report still stands and an additional HIA will be redundant as the clearance and groundworks for the establishment of the entire industrial park already took place in 2009 and the previous owner of the property undertook groundworks to build on the property.
Possible heritage and paleontological impacts were assessed in the original EIA for the establishment of the Light Industrial Township On The Remaining Extent Of Portion 4 Of The Farm The Willows 340 JR. to Uniqon Woning, (Pty) Ltd on 13 February 2008 with reference number 002/06-07/N0130. And the EA was triggered by establishment of the entire park.
Therefore this letter acts as confirmation that the original reports are still valid and additional studies would be redundant.
