A rectangular piece of land, approximately 80 feet long and 30 feet wide, including the cave, known as Cave 1 or the White Lady Cave, with the rock paintings in it, being a portion of the remainder of certsin abolished quitrent land known as Kalkoen Kraal (now known as remainder of the farm Kalkoen Kraal 95), situate in the Division of Aliwal North, and measuring, as remainder, 1,085 morgen 541 square roods.
