      Certain piece of land situate in the Municipality of Durbanville, Cape Division, being Erf 665, Durbanville. including the historic Dutch Reformed Church building and ringwall thereon. and measuring as such. I morgen 300 square roods (1,2848 hectares). Cape Freeholds, Volume 3, Folio 18, dated 25 July 1834. Historical and architectural interest:he foundation-stone of the Dutch Reformed Church at Durbanville was laid on I April 1825 and the church itself was consecrated on 6 August 1826. The T-shaped church building was enlarged between 1890 and 1891 according to plans by the architect Charles Freeman
