Statement of Significance
These nine houses form part of a unique block consisting of two terraced rows of identical late Victorian double storeyed semi-detached houses that date from the I 880s. The first and last houses in Albert Road have ornate triangular pedimented gables with cartouches, while the other buildings are without gables.
