(a) Certain piece of land situate in the Cape Division in the Municipality of Pinelands, being Lot 13, Block C, a portion of the Garden Cities Site (now Erf 129), Pinelands) and measuring six hundred and thirty-seven (637) square metres; and
(ii) certain piece of land, situate as above, being Lot 14, Block C, a portion of the Graden Cities Site (now Erf 130, Pinelands) and measuring two hundred and seventy (270) square metres.
