This watermill was built in 1870 by the missionary C. H. W. Schröder. The structure consists of a double-storeyed building and a wooden mill wheel of the over shot type.

(ii) Erf 2558, Upington, situated in the Municipality of Upington, Division of Gordonia, in extent 431 (four hundred and thirty-one) square metres.
