Statement of Significance

The building is said to be the first in Onrus River. It is a good example of its type - being a simple long stone dwelling. Together with the properties located at 6 & 8 De Villiers Street it forms the core of the old properties in Onrusrivier. The property carries many good examples of Milkwood Trees.
