      The historic property, together with the buildings thereon, as described below:
      The Old Stables (now garage), Stockdale Street, Kimberley
      (i) Certain piece or portion of perpetual quintrent land, being Lot 810, situate in Block A (now known as Erf 9491) in Stockdale Street in the Township of Kimberley, in extent two hundred and forty-five (245) square metres.
      Deed of Transfer 12271/1912, dated 2 May 1912.
      (ii) Certain piece of land, being Lot 130, situate in Block A (now known as Erf 9492) in the Township of Kimberley, in extent two hundred and sixty-eight (268) square metres.
      Deed of Transfer 3632/1890, dated 28 January 1890.
      (iii) Certain piece or portion of perpetual quitrent land, being Lot 118, stiaue in Block A (now known as Erf 8483) in Stockdale Street in the Division of Kimberley, in extent one hundred and eighty-four (184) square metres.
