The shooting box complex, consisting of the shooting box, the cottage, the cooler, the coach house and the stables, together with the land on which they are situated, described as the figures MON 1, MON 2, MON 3, MON 4, MON 5, MON 6, MON 7, MON 8, MON 9, MON 10, MON 11 and MON 12 on the local survey plan of the Town Surveyor, dated 28 June 1989, representing 9 462 square metres of land, being a portion of the farm Rooipoort (Vogelstruispan K98), situated in the Division of Kimberley.
