The old Post Office and Magistrate's Court building, situate on the following properties:
(i) Certain piece of freehold land, situate in the Township of King William's Town, Division of King William's Town (now known as Erf 1305, King William's Town), and measuring two square roods, forty-two square feet.
(ii) Certain piece of unregistered State land, measuring about 7 660 square metres; and
(iii) certain piece of land named Lot B.R. (now known as Erf 1288), situate in the town of King William's Town, Province of Cape of Good Hope, and measuring eight thousand eight hundred and four (8 804) square feet.
The properties are more closely shown as the area outlined in red on plan PE 8586/3, copies of which are filed in the offices of the Department of Public Works and the National Monuments Council.
