The double-storeyed manor-house known as Forest Hall, together with a portion of surrounding land, which extends 15 metres to the south, 20 metres to the west and 20 metres to the east of the house as well as 175 metres to the north of the house up to and inclusive of the entrance gates, situated on a portion of Farm 471, in the Division of Knysna.
Certificate of Consolidated Title T34172/185, (sic) dated 18 September 1985.
