      The historic dwelling-house. including a surrounding piece of land extending in a westerly direction as far as the western line of the old ring-wall. in a northerly direction as far as the boundary ·line of Portion 1 as mentioned hereunder. in an easterly direction up to 10 metres from the eastern wall of the dwelling-house and in a southerly direction up to 10 metres from the southern wall of the house. which is situated on a certain piece of land measuring 2,408 4 hectares and being Portion 1 of the farm Kleineboschkop Annex 637. situate at Dal Josafat. in the Division of Paarl.The farm Kleinbosch was granted to the Huguenot progenitor Francois du Toit. The H-shaped house was erected by his grandson, Guillaume. The date 1792 appears on the concavo-convex front gable. 10/2/628
