The property with the historic dwelling-house thereon. being certain land situate in Paarl, being Erf 7030. a portion of Erf 2314. Paarl. and measuring 1 217 (one thousand two hundred and seventeen) square metres.This H-shaped Cape Dutch house was erected in 1818 by Pieter Roux. Together with the other buildings in De Jongh Avenue, the house forms an important historical and architectural group.
