      The property with the so-called De Kleine Konstantie house thereon, situate on certain piece of redeemed quitrent land in the Municipality and Division of Paarl, being Erf 11306, Paarl, in extent three thousand one hundred and fifty (3 150) square metresThis Cape Dutch house, with its impressive front gable bearing the date 1841, was originally the homestead of the farm De Kleine Konstantie, which was granted to Johannes Philippus Minnaar on 1 July 1817 by Lord Charles Somerset. This farm; which was owned by him until 1845, was used for agricultural purposes until 1972 when it was subdivided in terms of a village plan
