Statement of Significance
These properties form an integral part of the historical and architectural nucleus of Paarl. The houses on these erven, the majority of which date from the nineteenth century are representative of the Cape Dutch, Georgian. Victorian and Edwardian styles of building. Historical and architectural interest.
