Certain piece of land, with the historic building thereon, situate at 9 Cora Terrace on the hill in the Municipality of the City of Port Elizabeth, Division of Port Elizabeth, being subdivision D of divided Lots D and E of Erf 13 (now known as Erf 3927, Port Elizabeth Central), and measuring as such eleven (11) square roods and seventy-six comma six (76,6) square feet.
