(ii) certain erven or lots marked 157, 158, 159 and 160 upon the hill in the Town of Port Elizabeth (now known as Erf 2600, Port Elizabeth Central), situated in the Municipality of Port Elizabeth, in extent 2 141 (two thousand one hundred and forty-one) square metres.
