Statement of Significance
The oldest of these two buildings is a T-shaped cottage in the vernacular style, dating from about 1860. The second cottage, from a later phase, is constructed in the typical Georgian Karoo style. The property in its entirety forms an important architectural element of the historic centre of McGregor.
