Statement of Significance
This H-shaped Cape Dutch dwelling-house has six- elaborately finished gables. The front gable bears the date 1812. _x000D_
The wine-cellar was built in approximately 1804 and, together with the farm house and outbuildings, forms an important architectural complex.
