Statement of Significance

A striking feature of the homestead is its concavo-convex ("holbol") gable with fine decorations. _x000D_
The house was built in the shape of a T with three gables, and much of its original woodwork and other materials are still intact. Historically and architecturally, the adjacent barn is an integral part of the complex.
