      The blockhouse dating from the Anglo-Boer War (1899-1902), together with the portion of land in front of the building, extending as far as the road reserve boundary, and including one metre of land on the sides and at the rear thereof, situated on a portion of Water Erf 8, Block Y (now known as Erf 381, Warrenton), in the Municipality of Warrenton, Division of Kimberley.
      Deed of Transfer T1791/1981, dated 29 October 1981 (par. 1).
