Statement of Significance
This is a mid to late 19th century building complex, which comprises a main building and three outbuildings. The buildings are well maintained and retain much of their original joinery, architectural features and character. The Welgegund Farm is situated within the farming area near Wellington, which is historically known as "Wagenmakers Valley".
