The portion of the farm Uitvlugt, together with the historical buildings thereon, bounded by a line running parallel to the buildings so as to include a rectangular area, consisting of a line stretching five metres east of the stables, ten metres north of the side of the main house, five metres west of the south-western wall of the wine cellar and ten metres south of the south-eastern wall of the wine cellar, situated in its entirety on Portion 9 (a portion of Portion 1) of the farm Uitvlugt 310, in the Administrative District of Worcester.
