      Statement of Significance

Building commenced in 1948. It is surely the most closest to the Baroque style done by Pabst. The final building is very much like the early perspective drawing by Pabst, except that it has fewer floors. Even though funds ran out, and the original number of floors were not built, Pabst insisted on including a false front to the fourth floor, which is actually the roof top, in order to make the building appear complete! The exterior finish is richer in appearance than Patidar mansion. Ceramic tiles cover the entire north and west facades.
