The cave with the rock paintings, situated on the Remainder of the farm Modderpoortspruit 35, in the in the District of Ladybrand. in extent 2 105 (two one nought five) square feet or 209 (two nought nine) square metres, as indicated by the figure "B.A.a.along the face of cave.b.B." on surveyor's diagram SG 306/1937, dated May 1936 and filed in the office of the Surveyor·General at
Bloemfontein and on File 9/2/325/10 in the office of the National Monuments Council in Cape Town
