The remains of the dam wall, bridge, inlet tower, settlement dam, filters and clearwater reservoir, as well as an area bounded in the north-east and east by aline 30 metres from the middle of the river: in the south-west by a line 10 metres south-west of the south-western edge of the Old spillway:in the north-west by a line at right-angles to the course of the river and in line with the north-western end of the old spillway : and in the south by an extention of the line which defines the northern boundary of Erf 3888, situated on Remainder of Lot 3064 and Remainder of Lot 3065, Pinetown, in the bourough of Pinetown and Administrative District of Natal.
