The property together with the Victorian dwelling-house thereon, being Subdivision 3 of Erf 158, Vryheid. situate in the Municipality of Vryheid, Administration District of Vryheid, in extent 2025 square metres.
Description: Rectangular house constructed of local stone: two bay windows in front facade: centrally placed modern front door set into original frame: dormer windows let into gables in high roof: roof of corrugated iron: verandah supported by modern pillars.
